SAID NGO is organizing a Virtual Walkathon to raise awareness about the importance of being active in preventing colon cancer.

Walk 2Km anytime anywhere:
From March 6 to 29.
Start walking to Stop colon cancer.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

1- Register through https://ihjoz.com/events/6048

2- Walk a distance of 2 KM between March 6 and March 29 at the time and location of your choice

3- Take a photo of yourself after the 2 KM walk (4000 steps) OR take a screenshot of the distance walked (through GPS or any distance tracking mobile application: ex. Health App) 

4- Post your photo/screenshot on your FACEBOOK and/or INSTAGRAM accounts with these hashtags:

5-Go to: https://www.facebook.com/events/427578621678633 and post your photo/screenshot in “Discussion” section
